3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

InkVault sells semi-permanent tattoo products made using natural fruit-based ingredients intended solely for cosmetic and decorative purposes.

Our products are not permanent tattoos and are not medical products.

Product descriptions, images, illustrations, videos, advertisements, influencer content, and promotional materials are provided for informational and illustrative purposes only.

Actual results may vary between users.

4. PRODUCT RESULTS DISCLAIMER

By purchasing or using any InkVault product, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Tattoo darkness may vary from person to person.
• Tattoo color may vary from person to person.
• Tattoo appearance may vary from person to person.
• Tattoo development speed may vary from person to person.
• Tattoo longevity may vary from person to person.

While tattoos generally develop within 24–48 hours and may last approximately 7–15 days, InkVault does not guarantee any specific development time, color, darkness, appearance, or duration.

Factors affecting results include but are not limited to:

• Skin type
• Skin tone
• Body chemistry
• Tattoo placement
• Sweating
• Friction
• Water exposure
• Skincare products
• Physical activity
• Environmental conditions
• Application technique

No refund, replacement, compensation, or claim shall be accepted solely because the tattoo developed differently than expected.

5. PATCH TEST AND ALLERGY DISCLAIMER

Customers are strongly advised to perform a patch test at least 24 hours before full application.

Although InkVault products are made using natural ingredients, individual skin reactions may vary.

Customers should not use the products if they:

• Have known allergies to cosmetic ingredients;
• Have highly sensitive skin;
• Have active skin conditions;
• Have eczema;
• Have psoriasis;
• Have open wounds;
• Have skin infections;
• Have broken or irritated skin.

If redness, itching, burning, swelling, irritation, or any adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek appropriate medical advice.

By using our products, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for determining whether the product is suitable for your skin.

6. NO MEDICAL CLAIMS

InkVault products are cosmetic products only.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage any disease, illness, injury, or medical condition.

7. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Cancel any order;
• Restrict quantities;

• Reject suspicious transactions;
• Reject fraudulent transactions;
• Cancel orders due to pricing errors, inventory issues, or operational issues.

Order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of an order.

8. PRICING

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

InkVault reserves the right to correct any pricing, description, or typographical errors.

Applicable taxes shall be charged in accordance with Indian law.

9. PAYMENT METHODS

Orders may be paid using available online payment methods displayed on the website.

InkVault may introduce, modify, restrict, or remove payment methods at any time without notice.

10. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Certain orders may be eligible for Partial Cash on Delivery.

A partial advance payment, currently ₹150, may be collected for eligible Cash on Delivery orders.

InkVault reserves the right to:

• Increase, decrease, modify, or remove the advance amount;
• Enable or disable Cash on Delivery;
• Restrict Cash on Delivery for selected locations or customers;
• Cancel Cash on Delivery orders deemed high-risk.

Customers who repeatedly refuse Cash on Delivery shipments may be restricted from placing future Cash on Delivery orders.

11. SHIPPING POLICY

InkVault currently ships through third-party logistics providers including but not limited to:

• Blue Dart
• Delhivery

Estimated delivery timelines:

• Delhi NCR: 2–6 business days
• Rest of India: 3–10 business days

These timelines are estimates only.

Delays may occur due to:

• Courier disruptions;
• Public holidays;
• Natural disasters;
• Extreme weather;
• Government restrictions;
• Strikes;
• Incorrect customer information;
• Remote serviceable locations;
• Operational issues beyond our control.

InkVault shall not be liable for courier-related delays once the shipment has been handed over to the logistics partner.

12. REFUNDS, RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, all sales are generally final.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only in the following circumstances:

A. Non-Delivery Due to InkVault Error

A refund may be approved if:

• The order is not delivered; and
• The failure is directly attributable to InkVault.

Refunds shall not be issued where:

• The customer rejects delivery;
• The customer refuses the shipment;
• The customer provides an incorrect address;
• The customer fails verification;
• The customer shares a cancellation OTP;
• The customer requests cancellation after dispatch.

B. Damaged Product

Replacement or refund requests for damaged products may be considered only if:

• The product was received damaged; and
• A continuous and unedited unpacking video is provided.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

Any claim regarding:

• Damaged products;
• Defective products;
• Missing products;
• Wrong products;
• Tampered packages;

must be supported by a continuous and unedited video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.

Claims without such evidence may be rejected at the sole discretion of InkVault.

Refunds, if approved, shall be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

13. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

• Follow all instructions provided with the product;
• Use products only as intended;
• Store products properly;
• Keep products away from children;
• Use products at your own discretion and risk.

InkVault shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from misuse, improper application, improper storage, or failure to follow instructions.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights relating to InkVault are owned by Desi Viral LLP.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Tattoo designs;
• Artwork;
• Illustrations;
• Product designs;
• Packaging designs;
• Logos;
• Brand names;
• Graphics;
• Website content;
• Product photographs;
• Videos;
• Advertisements;
• Marketing materials.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, published, or used without prior written permission from Desi Viral LLP.

15. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users shall not:

• Violate applicable laws;
• Use the website for unlawful purposes;
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems;
• Upload malicious software;
• Copy website content without permission;
• Interfere with website functionality;
• Commit payment fraud or abuse.

InkVault reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

16. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The website and products are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

InkVault makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InkVault and Desi Viral LLP shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages;
• Consequential damages;
• Incidental damages;
• Special damages;
• Loss of profits;
• Loss of data;
• Loss of goodwill;
• Personal dissatisfaction with product results.

Customers acknowledge that semi-permanent tattoo products involve personal cosmetic outcomes that vary between individuals, and dissatisfaction arising solely from subjective expectations shall not constitute a valid claim.

Under no circumstances shall the total liability of InkVault or Desi Viral LLP exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

18. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.

Where a chargeback is initiated without valid grounds, InkVault reserves the right to:

• Contest the chargeback;
• Recover costs and expenses;
• Restrict future purchases;
• Pursue legal remedies available under applicable law.

19. FORCE MAJEURE

InkVault shall not be liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters;
• Floods;
• Fires;
• Epidemics;
• Pandemics;
• Government actions;
• Internet outages;
• Logistics disruptions;
• Civil unrest;
• War.

22. JURISDICTION
